Yesterday was our 6th wedding anniversary. We went to Niagara Falls Friday into Saturday. I did not get time to workout Friday- I went to work all day, got out late and then we headed straight there. Saturday, we did some walking, but I slept horribly in the hotel, and due to the weather we got home pretty late- too late for a workout. Today, Sunday, just feel blah- I am not sure why, but my goal is to just get a short cardio workout in. Lifting tomorrow! Can’t wait.
